Terms of Service

Last updated October 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of codeguard.site and the CodeGuard early-access platform. By using them you agree to these terms. Contact: hello@codeguard.site.

Access

CodeGuard is in development. Early access is provided at our discretion, may change or be withdrawn, and may be subject to a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.

Your responsibilities

  • Connect only repositories you are authorised to grant access to.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.
  • Review every finding and suggested fix before acting on it. You remain responsible for the code you merge and deploy.

Acceptable use

You may not use CodeGuard to scan code you do not have rights to, attempt to break its isolation or security controls, reverse engineer it, overload it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Your code and data

You keep all rights to your code. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

Our intellectual property

The CodeGuard name, logo, website and software are owned by CodeGuard. Suggested fixes generated for you may be used freely in your codebase.

Disclaimers

CodeGuard helps identify security risks but cannot find every vulnerability, and AI-generated explanations and patches can be wrong. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Using CodeGuard does not make your software compliant with any law, standard or certification.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CodeGuard is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for security incidents arising from code you deploy. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. We may suspend access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
